Property and Asset Management
Colliers Management GmbH has developed specialist expertise in the management and supervision of properties – from individual buildings to complete portfolios – throughout the entire process.

Property Management
In view of our extensive property management expertise, we can attend to all the management responsibilities involved. The responsibilities cover the business management, including the property bookkeeping and the accounts receivable management, and the technical as well as the infrastructural supervision.
Asset Management
In order to guarantee the profitability of your portfolio we assist you in the decision making process (sale, maintenance, investment, development) by analysing relevant information. Working closely with you, we take your financial, legal and licensing questions seriously. During the sale of a property we take over the preparation and the follow-up of organising property appraisals. As Colliers Management it is a part of our day-to-day business to supervise every level of the leasing process as well as to take into account the risks involved. Bear in mind too that we have extensive management experience of real estate property companies. Furthermore, we offer you support during the reconstruction and renovation of a property and this can include the marketing of the property – and of course we always bear profitability in mind.
Project Management
Project management services are dependent on the volume of the project. During the project planning we take responsibility for the management of specific measures to be taken. Moreover we act as a consulting and managing authority on your behalf when contracting third parties. In doing so we manage all of the planning services involved in the project (services provided by architects, engineers and specialists) as well as the variety of services supplied by the HOAI of all architects and engineers: from the preliminary planning and coordination to supervising the construction of the property.
Consulting
In our consulting division we answer all technical, constructional, infrastructural and business questions you may have and provide solutions. This could involve consulting in the areas listed:

- valuations of locations, the profitability and agreements made
